Density
Description
The density of a material is defined as its mass per unit volume. For a pure substance the density has the same numerical value as its mass concentration. The density at all points of a homogeneous object equals its total mass divided by its total volume. To determine volumetric mass density, one must first discount the volume of the void fraction
